Gustavo is a theoretical physicist working on soft matter. He has a Ph.D. in physics from the
Université Paris VI, France. His research is related to understanding the statistical properties of
non-equilibrium states, and the physics of complex disordered systems. In particular, the
rheological and mechanical properties of amorphous materials.
