Guillermo is an Industrial Engineer from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He realized
how amazing biology is back in 2016 and started his Ph.D. in 2019 under the supervision of Dr.
Tim Rudge. His main research interests are programming biology, microscopy and biophysics,
which he hopes to apply to create higher level organisms from scratch. He enjoys hiking and
down-hill biking.
